He works with home owners, architects, contractors, and anyone who wants to explore their idea with the support of a mindful professional.
Jeff has worked with wood for nearly his whole life, starting at a young age learning from his grandfather in his basement shop. After working in metal shops, as a design engineer and a bicycle fabricator, Jeff founded Hemlock Design to exploit all his expertise and talent. Jeff has a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering and years of experience working in many different materials and mediums, specializing in steel and wood. He often is inspired by uncommon spaces and shapes, the natural environment and the overlooked beauty in simplicity.
His innate sense for design and technical knowledge make Jeff’s work strikingly elegant and durable. Beyond the high standard of craftsmanship, working with Hemlock Design is always pleasant and rewarding. Jeff puts priority on communication, transparency and customer relationships.
